hahaha the kids in the background were awesome! But the kid pitching was even better he looks real good!

It seems like his follow through isn't prominent enough. He definitely has a live arm but he's nearly standing straight up after he throws. It may not be an issue but it just seems a lot different from what I've seen in the pros and in most high school and college pitchers.
