Here is Germany was made to prepare soldiers who had not seen combat to go to Germany for the US occupation after the May 8, 1945 unconditional surrender. The film was, however, never used for its intended purpose.

Here is Germany was a 1945 propaganda documentary film directed by Frank Capra. Like its companion film, Know Your Enemy: Japan, the film is a full-length exploration of why one of the two major Axis countries
started World War II and what had to be done to keep them from "doing it again".

This video talks about tradition. The Americans come from the British tradition. Remember "The Sun Never Sets on The British Empire." The British tradition was to colonize other countries. Africa, India, China and others. To say that conquest is only something that Germans do is disingenuous.

Even this is Propaganda Movie, the most but not anything said in this film is wrong. No matter, I think americans today got an other view on germany than in 1945. Most Germans are not and never were stupid Nazis or Huns. But there are always hardliners and fundamentlists like in every other nation or culture.

Even though todays day german ppl think this is american propaganda (and it is), it doesnt means it is not TRUE & it reflects many ideas i got my self after reading general 1800 germanic literature .. now it is good to say there were brave people who fight against goverment tiranic control but most of them end up either dead or destroyed and were a really, a minority, some of them had lived outside germany had another mentality. It is not blood, but education, arian idology still alive today
