Pete Duel Memorial: Slow Motion

A video memorial for the late actor, Pete Duel (also known as Peter Deuel), of "Alias Smith & Jones" fame. This five-minute video has been put to David Gray's haunting song, "Slow Motion" from his "Life in Slow Motion" album. Once again, a gorgeous, moving tribute to the exquisite being that is Peter.

The parting shot is inspired and painfully beautiful, conveying so much with its simplicity. The fact that the steps shot with Peter and his dogs is one of my very favorite photos of him made that final scene all the more heart wrenching for me.

He was such a cool guy, he had class, charisma, he was a fantastic actor, and even though I'm a 101% beer guzzlin' red meat eating heterosexual, I have to say he was a supremely sexy man too ;-) R.I.P. Pete.

How I wish Peter was still here, he was my first crush at 15 and he is still in my thoughts today, he was so beautiful and sexy, but had so many demons to conquer, but what a fine actor, I am reliving my teenage years watching the dvds which I recently received. Thank you for the video. It saddens me to think about Pete Duel because his death was so unecessary. I wish he could have conquered his inner demons and become the star we all knew he would be. People like you keep him alive with tributes like this.
