For a start type in "Chick Corea, Got a Match part 2" and watch the entire thing. Dave Weckl is so much better than Carter it's not even funny. If you're a schooled drummer then you understand what you're watching and hearing. The music from Corea I don't care for, but the skill level of all the musicians is unsurpassed.

If you're referring to Tony Royster, then you're wrong. He's one of the best ever, period. And Carter, while very good, is not the best drummer for the past 10 years or ever, period. I'm not here to prove you wrong or argue, but I've played for 35 years and have seen hundreds better than Carter. Go watch a few Chris Coleman, Virgil Donati, Dave Weckl, Vinnie C., videos for starters. Again, Carter's good for sure, very good, but you have to venture out more and know what you're seeing to grasp.
