Recording from 20th july 2010 with Hans-André Stamm at the restored Buchholz organ in St. Nikolai, Stralsund, Germany. Special thanks to the organist Matthias Pech and the parish of St. Nikolai for the permission to perform daily concerts for the church visitors from 18th july to 8th august 2010, who are curious to listen to this magnificent instrument.
The high wind pressure (90 mm), the heavy action of coupled keyboards, which need much finger power and the unusual wide size of the pedal (C-d) ask for a little more movement of the player than normal...
Leider fehlt hier eine ganze Passage; anscheinend wurden beim Schnitt 0:44 die Takte 21 bis 37 beseitigt. Schade.
