@megadrummer2 Scientist- we need money. Yeah these idiots will believe anything, lets include the whole planet. All we need is a group of experts to go along with it. I know, lets create a commission that we can all be a part of, just make sure we keep the rest of society out of the loop. Blame it on the people. You all better get your heads out of your asses. The universe doesn't give a shit about you & neither do these con men.

@Mackberserk C'mon, we can't include volcano's, the sun, the ocean, earthquakes, hurricanes and silly stuff like that in this equation. Those things are caused by the global warming, don't you understand? But gee, I wonder what caused them before the group of schemers came up with the global warming scam. Let's not forget that they predicted an ice age was coming 30 yrs ago. Oops, that didn't happen. It's getting warmer I think, we need funding, ok, i've got it= global warming, yeah

@Jerricho68 99% of all scientists say it´s real. Who gives a fuck what you say and why should anyone recognize your delusional sense of authority when all you do is mindlessly copy and spew out right wing talking points.

4) Are humans in fact to blame for the rise in CO2 levels… (which haven’t actually risen anywhere near to significantly), or are there other common sense causes like volcanic eruptions that account for the production of 200 million tons of CO2 each year?

Climate change is a naturally occuring cycle that dates back to the formation of the planet. Nobody disputes that. What IS in dispute are the following:
1) Is the earth actually warming at the rate which the obviously flawed models suggest?
2) Is carbon dioxide the central contributor to that warming... or is it the ever fluctuating electromagnetic field of the sun, among several other factors...?
3) What PROVEN relationship is there between environmental disasters and global warming?

It's surprises me that the other guy is so adamant about some opinion from some experts . I suppose he is somewhat biased to tho those who agree with his views . Having said so , I think the world has been undergoing some sort of climate change from since the days of evolution .
i love these kind of debates "I'm not an expert, but I like my experts so I think you should listen to them".
My opinion is that you shouldn't even have an opinion if you don't understand the science.

5) And FINALLY, and most importantly, assuming that Liberal activists are not lying their asses off to get research grants, and the above are true… Should the U.S. government have the power to interfere with free enterprise and tax the producers of our economy at the risk of smothering investment/innovation and sending even more jobs oversees?
