So, I hear this song one day and get the idea to make a Maple Music Video (MMV), but decide to give it a twist with showing in game footage combined with a story created in After Effects. In this style of video you will not see lyrics being shown on screen as you do with most MMV's.

I take no credit for the music used in this video. The song is Major Tom by Shiny Toy Guns. As well, all MapleStory sprites and images are the intellectual property of Nexon.
Few clips are from a friend and old guild mate KyonChan.
I make these videos as an exercise in my editing and After Effects skills. I as well take enjoyment out of completing them and having others view them. Showing others what this game can be.

Eh, nice video Grant. Really nice, infact. I guess it's to be expected from somebody who is in the film industry as a profession. Either way, you did a nice job. What programs did you use to edit it? Aftereffects and Sony Vegas I presume?

After effects was used for the build of each scene that was not in game footage. I then assembled each scene and the other footage I had in Final Cut Pro.
