Yes, focus on core strength. I compete in powerlifting and strongman. Don't know what my vj is right now, but I bet it's not pretty.

I should concentrate balancing it from the low back rather that foot position? Whats sports do you play? Vertical jump?

Thw weight is 310 - I really don't think it has as much to do with balance as it does spinal stabilization, which I train very aggressively.
how much is that? and why is your balance so good?
