@GreyElton I know you posted a long time ago but Mariah has had surgery. I am a big fan and don't want to tarnish her image but the fact she has had surgery shouldn't detract from her talent. She has had breast implants and a nose job in the early 90s.

@pedy19 UGH ITS DEPENDS ON THE AUDIO, and plus 2001, the audio is way clearer and improved than of 1999. AND, her voice bettered during 2001-2005, she had vocal problems during this time

@pedy19 dude, the run she did is pre recorded to make an illusion she is singing live in a different way. When she sing live, her voice is raspy and scratchy, she uses the original track to cover the notes that she feels she cant reach or is too much for her. You can definatly notice the difference when she lip syncs and sings live. I m a mariah carey myself, but u just half to face it.

2:27 you can hear the lipped part from her live scratchy voice.... listen closely as she says the "YEEs" part!

IF you have any doubt this is live then READ THIS SH!T. Minute 2.31 her voice gets a bit "scratchy", minute 2.36 /37 the note is longer and not as clear as in the album and until 2.41 she singing is a bit slower than in cd, meaning she´s having some hard time, and then when we get to 2.42 to 44 the run is clearly shorter than it should be. This is damn live, yes you might have realized some sort of background vocals going on but that´s why they´re there, to sING.

@8polander8 no you hear the background vocals being played the same time, because she on her cds does backvocals as well. She is singing the main thing live and you can tell it because the main run is shorter than the original.
