This is my My Bloody Valentine3D Harry Warden/Miner Halloween costume. Let me know what you think. I just finished it and wanted to get some feedback before Halloween. There will probably be some more videos to come, this was just a quick vid to get it out there. It took some time to put together but if anyone has any questions on it I'd be happy to answer them. See this costume in a remake if the original legend http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2kXO5y4psXU

  • didn't he use dark blue coveralls?

very nice costume best ive seen

  • thanks. yeah the ones in the movie were dark blue, mine are too, they just look black due to the poor lighting.

  • wow I cant believe you spent 270$ just for that helm.. you must have a good job or something LOL. I <333The Minerr :)

  • hahaha. I didn't spend $270 on that helmet! I got the cheapest one for $80 and just sprayed it black.

  • @bryceval25 Wow really? I checked on the website hunting supply and it was somethin like 270.. Oh well, you got a great deal on yours! I am currently working on my costume... I just may be the first female on youtube to attempt a Harry Warden look!! Haha :P

  • You must be looking at the wrong one. Type in Mity Max Bump Cap Light in the search box , or just type it into any search engine. The basic one (the one I used) is only $80. The only thing is you'll have to spray the helmet red, other than that it's perfect.

  • @Holdmelove good for you i want to make one or buy one

  • @bryceval25 Can i get the links for the suit and mask?

  • Hi,

The Sept/Oct 2009 issue of "Horrorhound" magazine tells how to make a complete screen accurate version of the "Harry Warden / Miner" costume from "My Bloody Valentine 3D"

  • NICE Man

  • @Jackal739 i recently did this and it will hurt your fingers trying to get the clips back on. the bottom clip will eventually click back but the side one will not go on unles you have a speacial tool for it so i just used a metal ring clamp from the hardware store and it looks fine, cooler even hope that helps

  • Can you explain how to make the GP-7 into the Harry Warden one? and can you tell me how to get the metal clips back on

  • Badass Harry Warden is the best.
