Although I question the respectability of this "Fossil Award" thing, I am ashamed of Harper's actions.
I was at Copenhagen 15, and it was downright embarrassing for me, as a Canadian, to be there.
Not trying to hate; Climate is too serious an issue to 'hate' on one person. But we need world leaders who understand that, and I don't think Harper fits the bill.

You people are fools! Anthropogenic Global Warming is a FRAUD. Kudos to Harper for not signing over our SOVERIGNTY over to crooks and fraudsters like Al Gore. Reject the NWO reject worldwide carbon taxes and cap and trade schemes.

I would say i'm pretty okay with not signing cop. i do not believe in global warming, and al gore is just a piece of shit to my eyes. When fossil awards means reasonable award, i'm good with it. keep trying to deal stuff with shit country like pakistan, or even iran, Imo, that should get a fossil award.

I'm Canadian and actually proud of Harper not signing us into a non elected global government system that would take our freedoms as Canadians. The only thing we really need to clean up is the oil sands project, we have excellent forestry practices, many anti pollution projects, we produce less than 2 children per couple on average. Don't be embarrassed that these indoctrinated idiots who wouldn't know science if it slapped them in the head have anything to say about Canada.

I am embarrassed to be Canadian AND I am ashamed that I voted and once supported Harper. Some economist he turned out to be...
Our country was once respected throughout the world but in a few short years, we have seen that disappear.

I am glad that Harper doesnt want to ruin our economy all for the sake of appeasing you commie nutters

Well clearly it is going to be resource driven countries that win awards like this. They produce the fuels and other products in that the whole world resulting in them polluting more. It's pretty ridiculous to blame countries like Canada for polluting more when it needs to, to support the world resource demand.

something to make us proud ...
THANK YOU Steven Harper !

I'm ashamed as a Canadian for a lot of Harper's (and therefore, Canada's) actions in Copenhagen.
