just putting this out there for people who have this camera, and optional conversion lenses for it.

@tmaq97 Honestly the adapter ring is a great thing to have for our Sony only size lens. In the event we ever are not able to find lenses and filters we will be able to use the adapter ring and still use this great camera!

@tmaq97 I found the filters online at Amazon. They are not Sony brand however they have 74mm listed as well as others (in the 70 range) that can be purchased and used with an adapter ring. type in DSC-H50 in the search box and several items will come up. I do suggest that you read the reviews though as some of the genric filters won't be high quality and make sure you read the description throughly so you know if you need the adapter ring.

@emokhtar well i may be wrong, but the lens is 1.7x so for optical it maybe 25.5 i am not sure but i was looking on the camera box it states the tele-end max is 790mm not sure if this helps, if not i'm sorry

I have to say that this is my favorite non SLR camera ever. I still use it more than any other camera. I was searching for some back up filters when this video popped up in the resluts. I have both the wide and tele lenses and I love them. The tele even with Sony's wonderful steady shot does require a very steady hand or a tripod (I prefer the latter). I also found some very inexpensive non-Sony brand lenses that work with a ring at Amazon. There is a fish eye listed there also for under $50 US!
