@mka917 Seriousl. What`s with femle artists nowadays thinking that it`s cool too have gay/Bi themes in their music? I love gay people, but lot of them just do it too have an image. @donthateonmeee do you remember the riot grrl scene of the 90's and indie girl bands that were formed afterward ? everything was sexual politics, feminism in general and queer issues. it's great to hear people express that but listeners in the subculture were beaten over the head with ideals that left no room for debate and some people felt alienated by that in a way very similar to vegan straightedge. i think this is where mka917 was coming from when making his/her comment.

What's wrong with people changing from a lo-fi sound? I love the original shit of wavves and Dum Dum Girls and Ariel Pink and all these greats but Im all fine for a bit of noisepop too. true artists can change their sound as much as they want and sound good. This sounds good so where's the problem?
