Which basically outlined the conservative plans for decentralisation of government, couple this with the committee of regions which are regional executive agencies, an ever expanding part of the European Commission/Parliament and I think this could be part of the plan? good point, all of this devolution nonsense is designed to make 10 kingdoms incapable of doing anything except be swallowed into the EUSSR, not a nice thought. With such poor regional journalism there are likely to be no checks and balances of what happens in these regional agencies.

It looks very much as it has think-tank thinking written all over it, the sooner more people start asking exacly what these charities and think-tanks are and how they operate the better.

This has been such a shift in our democracy, thankfully people are seeing it as a sham.

We will see a plethora of initiatives to reengage the voter, but the options will be set by the very ones who have caused the problem.

There changes will be limited unless we say what we want rather then them telling us what we can have.

None of our members of parliament in germany have read the "lisbon treaty". They couldn´t. That treaty is merely a monstrous package of cross references and amendments to other treaties (the printing of a consolidated version was halted by the EU tecnocrats).
