The body and the mind are closely intertwined. By thinking and perceiving like a high status, confident person it is easy to correct flaws in body language. It also works the other way around - but only to a degree. It has to start with correcting the focus and thoughts - otherwise any conscoius corrections in body language come across as incongruent and unnatural. It's a pity that this has only been a minor point in the otherwise great DVD program.

@shylildude It's about helping her feel comfortable around you. That maybe it's uncomfortable for you to keep holding her hand too. That she can trust if she later is alone with you that you will stop doing something if she is uncomfortable - that care about her and respect her, not that you would stop only becuase other people are around. That you want her to feel good and be comfortable.

its a kino test to see where her comfort levels with you are. you initially want her to hold your hand, but if you sense she wants to pull away, you break it off first and she will feel the loss.
