CALORIES= WEIGHT GAIN. PERIOD.
Eat more then your body needs and you WILL gain weight. Eat less and the body takes away from the fat to give MORE ENERGY.

Your body goes into survival mode and converts your muscles into fat, which results in a lower BMR. Thus restoring your weight equilibrium.

Not true. If you eat less and NOT EXERCISE then yes, your metabolism slows down. They key is EXERCISE while you cut the calories. That MAKES the body burn fat. Its very simple.

Or you could just could just do weight training and spare your mind and body the STRESS. Walking or jogging are good cardio though because they will help you relax, your in a rhythm you know

Let me help you out: 1 hour of rigorous cardio burns roughly 1000 calories, 1 pound of fat is 7000 calories. Do that a week and congrats you lost 1 pound, but during all of this you experienced massive discomfort leading to higher stress and less energy throughout the day. Why put yourself through that?

I just told you. WEIGHTLESS IS SLOW, JUST LIKE WEIGHT GAIN. Why the hell are you going to kill yourself. Do moderate exercise and CUT a couple hundred calories a day.
THAT IS HOW YOU LOSE WEIGHT. PERIOD.

no you don't plenty of foods, mainly unprocessed and plants are low fat low cal
