@JamalJennings the best choices are online. Some specialty stores, such as cutlery stores or militarania businesses, may have limited inventory.

So I am doing the first pass down and the second pass up as you recommend. I do have a question though.

When shaving the neck area, are the passes in the opposite direction? So the first pass would be up and the second would be down? This is typically how I did it with a pivot head disposable, but I am not sure if this is correct.

@zandalis generally speaking yes they are in the opposite drection but if you get irritation you should go ahead and change direction to suit your hair growth. The straight up & straight down passes are to give you help with learning and maintaining correct razor angle.

@fede4real those clippers are used on dry hair&skin and leave no irritation at all since it doesnt pull the hair off the folicle it just cut it too short that its not visible to the eye but not as close as a razor so you dont cut yourself or get post shave complications.Dont try the rotatory ones or the pulling type or you will feel sorry you had. This clipper type is the answer

@Robert5p3 dont ever shave that area with a razor.You need to buy a small clipper,one like the regular used for hair cut but the small version.That way you dont cut yourself and still get a close shave aboiding ingrown hairs or shaving bumps, check Whal shavers.They are cheap batteyr or charger operated may cost 20 or 25 but you will save in the long run plus save your skin

@mantic59 I need help, please. My girlfriend wants me to shave my pubic hair area, but I am not comfortable in doing so because I'm afraid of cutting myself. What should I do? .... And how do I shave my pubic hair area?

Hello all I am looking to switch from Gillette fusion(multiply blade) razors to a saftey razor. I have sensitive skin and I get razor burn/ingrown hairs easily. Will I notice much difference if I make the change? My beard also grows back fast and thick so I would like to at least once a week.

I have the 1947 Gillette Milord with original box got it from a friend in Uruguay, the thing works amazingly its the only things i use. People think I am crazy considering that I am only 19 and no one uses them anymore.

i bought an edwin jagger with derby blades to shave with a single bladexrzorcforvthe first time, I used barbassol shaving cream and hot water. Perfect shave with no previous practice, no cuts and I even shaved against the hair and inside my nostrils.
