BILLY PRESTON AND VONZELL SOLOMON - WITH YOU I'M BORN AGAIN - AMERICAN IDOL SEASON 4

From the final of American Idol season 4, we have Billy Preston and Vonzell Solomon doing an absolutely beautiful performance of With You I'm Born Again. Sadly, Billy Preston died the following year on 6th June 2006 aged 60.
I apologise for the quality of the recording and edit out at the begining, but as the video does not appear to be elsewhere on the site - thought I would share it with you.
Billy had a big hit with this in 1979 when singing it with Syreeta Wright.

Great performance by Vonzell.

Billy Preston also played piano on the Beatles' hit Get Back which reached number one in April/May 1969, and also recorded a song in his own name around that time, That's the Way God Planned It.
