I know someone like this. He's 18, hasn't graduated high school, went back a second year and only attends half his classes, never had a job, and even though his parents recognize this, they still give him a Mac, microphone and an Xbox 360. It's really quite sad. He had potential, but he squanders it and no one helps.
This is result of extreme helicopter parenting.
