Depending on what path you follow they have the ability to raise dead party members, make every hit against an enemy give +1 hp, as well as hitting enemies with elemental damage. Most of these abilities you obviously have to get to a semi-decent level but it is very fun.
The thing that made me buy a monk was when I was in a party with a monk and the monk was getting loads more kills than the fighters/rangers etc

This game is shit and boring, but mayby if you`re fan of D&D and you`v got all fucking books and cards, this MMO is best.
You`v got monkey combat style dude :D
