if this invention has commercial values then we can eliminate those cables hooking up to our pc and instruments by just using wireless energy transfer. we're tired of the cables all messed up.

Yeah, it's real. It's lit by resonant inductive transfer.

(It's an air-cored resonant transformer being levitated on an electronically stabilised maglev system using a combination of perm magnets and electromagnets).
