great video,really,it seems to me that using a pull buoy is mostly recommended for begginers (such as myself), making breathing during the exercise easier,than just popping ur head out of the water to take some air :D thumbs up,it's very helpfull for developing the proper technique :)

while doing the freestyle, when I inhale from mouth ~ why few amount of water comes in my mouth and I easily distracted, is it okay or appropriate ? Oh God, why ? (ಠ_ಠ)
