Maj. Gen. John Batiste (ret.) and Frederick Kagan, an American Enterprise Institute scholar, disagree on whether insurgents or U.s. military have the initiative in Iraq. Batiste says it's the insurgents.

Boozman doesn't have a clue. Neither does Kagan. Batiste is another matter entirely!
Kagan has a lot of book-learning behind him, but actually applying what you learn is another!
time for Kagan, 36, to enlist! he seems to know more than the general on how to fight in iraq.
