CNN Insight - Turkey's army has eyes on Kirkuk not the PKK

CNN provides an item profiling progress in the Kurdish area of Iraq but also highlights dangers from corruption there. An "Insight" item then suggests in no uncertain terms that the proposed Turkish invasion of Kurdish Iraq is using the 'fight against terrorism' and the PKK to mask the fact it has its beady eyes on the oilfields of Kirkuk.

I am Kurdish, and my opinion is that kirkuk doesn't belong to anyone except Allah. But if we were to argue about this from a Legal perspective, the people of Kurdistan would face oppisition if they were to take resources from Arab or Turkish Territory, what gives the Arabs and Turks the right to take our resources?
