noodles (use some of it as garnish)
1 med red onion (chopped)
3 carrots (shredded, stripped or spiraled)
1/4 cabbage (chopped in strips)
1/2 bell pepper ( mix it up red, green, yellow, orange --use what you got)
1 large cucumber (shredded, stripped or spiraled)
1 rutabaga (it was alright not my favorite)
1 zucchini (i didn't have any so I didn't use any)
1 squash (i didn't use because I didn't have any)
1 cup of bean sprouts (didn't have so didn't use, garnish as well)

sauce
3/4 raw almond butter (make your own or get it from trader joes like i did)
1/2 cup orange juice ( I squeezed two oranges, used some pulp)
1 lemon or lime w/ zest
2 Tablespoon raw honey or agave syrup
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (forgot to say that on the video)
2 Tablespoons of Nama Shoyu or 1T w/ 1T of miso
1T minced garlic ( used Trader Joes I added some additional chopped garlic)
1T minced ginger (I used Trader Joes--you can do it at home)
1/4 cup cilantro
2 tamarind pods (add to the sauce then take out stems and seeds)
You can add more or take away ingredients to suit your taste buds but this is the gist of it!
