That’s not a cure. I believe Science has answers, but the money is in the treatment. I am not disillusioned. There is a pink elephant in the livingroom. Come on chemotherapy and radiation. There are cures, but will my family ever see them. Yes. We will find our own.

From what I have seen, over half of the funds for research to find a cure has gone toward promoting awareness and screening. I am a real person with issues of Cancer in my family. Chemo has killed off several of them. It’s not curing cancer to be aware that you could get it, nor is finding out that you have cancer and treating it in the early stages in hopes of entering into remission.

I agree. If scientists can learn how to stop telomerase, they might be able to fight cancer by making cancer cells age and die. But, I sincerely believe that Cancer is such a money cow that the goals of science to find cures are thwarted.

Big thanks for these videos. I've been following this stuff since the 1998 Geron publication and the research you guys are doing is quite probably some of the most important that's ever been done, yet so underappreciated.
