The images TMU uses is .dds and .tga
Go to My Computer, Your hard drive, Program Files, TmUnitedForever, GameData, Painter, Stickers to see the stickers already on the game this is where new stickers must go.

hey i'm makin also paintjobs in TM united but how do you make so "proffesional" looking?

I dont actually make these skins but I do make them, best thing to do is either to import stickers (ask me about that if you want to) or you can make the paint job on a picture editor like fireworks then convert it for trackmania. If you need any help, just ask!
