  • @kmelgoza20 depends on your height. If you want to loose 6lbs quick and effective cardio will boost your metabolism but you must commit to clean diet.

  • @kmelgoza20 Cardio after weight training. An intense weight training session will use up muscle glycogen stores and force your body to use fat to fuel your cardio.
