I mean one things for sure, I feel I can trust Obama. I like him too.I trust my country in his hands more than any president I can remember in my life, & I am 51. I sure dont feel I can trust the people who claim they believe hes a muslim when they know he isnt tho. They always assure everyone, "it has nothing to do with race, I just dont know anything about him" THEN READ HIS BOOKS!!! EITHER OF THEM! he has told everything about himself

As a grad student feeling in the same position as you, I see your excellent point. But, what else are we to do? These foreclosures will have to be stunted at some point, and the longer we wait the harder it is to re-strengthen the market. As IncredibleGoliath mentions, he wants to also focus on building afforadable houses. Obama focuses on what's good for all people not just individuals. So there is hope for us yet mate!

If you buy a house on a falling market, you will most likely wind up with a house that is worth less than you paid for it. Obama said that more affordable housing needs to be built for people like you - but no one will build new houses until the value of existing houses stops dropping. So the first thing to do is stabilise the housing market by reducing foreclosures.

Sorry, but it sounds like you didn't follow what his plan aims to do.
