  • I can't remember I think i paid like 400 or something for the evo II and i paid 120 for the megan racepipe. It doesn't do anything for HP bro. To gain hp you need to get it tuned with a fuel computer. Add an intake and a cam gear and you gain around 15 hp. Pretty much a waste just go turbo :)

  • Its was a greddy evo II exhaust with a megan racepipe.

  • I had no headers at all just the ypipe and greddy evo 2. and yes you could run a megan header, any ypipe, and any catback.

  • It was my old setup with megan racepipe and greddy evo II. Also i added a k/n typhoon intake other then that the rest was stock. Im boosted now :)

  • damn, this sounds sick. I was not planning on modifying my IS, but this is giving me some inspiration. Wait til I tell my wife about this.. hahaha

  • wow you are talking out of your ass. "convert it to a single turbo and you have your turbo prepped motor with the ever so weak vvt-i still on it hahaha".... if you dont know what you are talking about.... dont talk at all

  • defffff not its an inline 6

  • Yeah hondas are not known for their immediate power delivery, but I own an IS and liked driving the S2000 as well. Different animals. But both have their merits.

  • Probably not. Man im glad I live in Florida. Everything california has, and more.

  • can you pass smog with a race header and y pipe + high flow cat converter??

  • i just drove your car and it also has no low end torque.

    touche

  • i just drove your car and it has no low end torque.....

  • the point of vtec is actually to have good torque on at low rpm with high end power. the K series has useable low and midrange torque. the F20C (S2000 motor) screams to 9000 rpms yet can be used as a daily driver. honda engines don't have that much torque because they are small displacment 4 bangers. if you want stump pulling torque, get a mustang gt or something

  • meh got a point there. vetc is pretty damn good....but only in high rpms if ur not ripping up mountain roads, it can be intrusive and annoying. It also doesnt allow for much low end torque at all.
