The Obama Administration has suffered its first shake-up as White House Communications Director Anita Dunn steps down. Was the resignation Dunn's choice or was she forced out over the White House's war against Fox News. Dina Gusovsky talks to Ivan Eland about the decision to attack Fox and whether it was pandering to a liberal base alienated by the healthcare debate and Afghanistan.

  • How can you distance yourself from the liberal left wing when the President is hanging on to the left wing tip, Thank God for Fox news!

  • i agree with what most news stations are saying."FOX NEWS IS NOT REAL NEWS"

  • Obama knocking Fox? Is that what they call bashing Fox? Please. Obama is really incompetent

  • RT tells it like it is, unlike MSNBC

  • LOL you're a Douche with a capital "D"

and you have Shit for brains. Shit with a capital "S"

  • I'd say they are selectively Libertarian. If it helps them sabotage an anti-NeoCon initiative by Obama, then they'll use any tactic including their special brand of faux-Libertarianism.

Another way to look at it: Since Obama is merely a different shade of NeoCon, Faux News' effort mostly serves to keep the contrived left/right paradigm solidly in place.

After all, what would the NeoCons do if people over 45 were to actually consult the Internet for a dose of true Libertarianism?

  • It's sort of true.

They'll readily cross party lines when it involves, e.g., Israel, central banking, supporting intrusive laws against the population...

  • Going after Fox is nothing more than a distraction and part of the illusion to maintain the right/left false paradigm.

  • man I just found this channel, love it living in the US I had forgot what investigative journalism was, thank you for the breath of fresh air don't change.
