  • I thought it was gonna play chess, but I see its just a tool to show board after moves.

    Would be better with a real gui to see the moves being played, and perhaps you could build a pgn reader, which uses algebraic notation instead.

    Then, you could try actual chess program, but that is a lot of hard work.

  • i have a complete chess program in C++ however i used a dumbered down version for the tutorial. also i lost some of my work and am working out some bugs i will post it in the description as a link within the next two weeks.

    Its UCI.

  • Nice. It might be better if you have WP/BP (WightPawn/BlackPawn) just to cut out confusion.

  • that is awsome!!!! but.. how exacly does the program works?.. how the computer makes the moves? do you have a secuence for that?
