Another Don Hills video - the B&M Society visited the club and operated for an evening. Unfortunately, they didn't bring trains, and only had some of their own locomotives. But you do see trains running on the layout! :)

  • G-scale?

  • @johnhi00 HO Scale...

  • Thanks for sharing the video.

Was there a despatcher directing trains? I thought I heard some despatcher-type commands in the backgrounds voices in the video a few times.

  • can't remember if there were dispatchers that day, but we do use radios on occasion to coordinate efforts when large operations are going on.

  • in your next video can you make them crash?

  • ummmmmm no. :)

  • @shifta65 - to my knowledge, Bachmann does not provide a transition track from EZ Track to other types with no plastic base. Atlas Tru-Trak does, and I think Kato UniTrak does (at least in N gauge, so probably in HO as well). UniTrak costs more than EZ Track, but looks better to my eye, so I'd go with that. Check out Fleischmann ProfiTrack before you make a decision.

  • beautiful eight diamond crossing!! Nice!

  • Very Nice job

  • ez track is not meant for the prototype modeler
