Georgia started artillery bombardment of South Ossetia. Russian soldiers were killed along with many Ossetian civillians. Now, Russia has every right to bombard Georgia.
Shakashvili chose the time and place for his attacks; now Russia will do exactly the same.
They should bombard Georgia till the Georgians expell all the pro-American NATO agents trying to make Georgia a transit for Central Asian oil.

The phrase may allude to the "new world order," a phrase that has been in use since WWI. The phrase most prominently was used by George H. W. Bush (41) to describe a period of great-power cooperation which he thought might come about after what was seen at the time as the end of the Cold War. Ironically, Putin's actions are very typical of the Cold War USSR.
