Spin Tutorials Lesson 4- Step Back Start

Most people find this start fairly easy because the foot is already in contact with the wheel. Placing the foot on the wheel gives a point of reference to converge the bodies momentum and the wheels spin.
Many students fixate on this particular start which is why in our curriculum and tutorials we teach this start second. There are a few basic principals that you will understand if you can comfortably do the first three steps that will add more dimension and flexibility to your future progress.
