Kinetic sculpture by John and Scott Tyler utilizing stainless steel, steel, copper and serpentine. This piece was inspired by meditations on family and the balance that can be achieved through union of the masculine and feminine forces. The top piece reflects the action of the dynamic masculine force. The bottom represents the feminine, adorned with the shape of a heart and grounded by the solidity and beauty of a serpentine stone. The base is the foundation, literally and figuratively. Four arms suspend a stone, signifying the strength that is the core of true union.

  • The place where the kinetic sculptures are displayed is located on the land where they are created. They are only there for a short time before moving on to other homes. I felt it was a beautiful location to do the video(s).

  • Amazing artwork! can you please tell me whose music is it?

  • Buckethead is the artist and I believe the tune is Big Sur Moon
