1. There is only ONE An-255 in working order in the world. There is one more that was half-finished when the Soviet Union collapsed, and it is still sitting unfinished in a hangar in the Ukraine.

2. At best you could call it a Soviet plane, as the Ukraine was part of the Soviet Union, but not of Russia.

3. AN-500.. whatever, it was modelled after the AN-255.
