My thoughts: If jesus is the son of GOD than we are also sons and daughters of GOD. the gospel of Thomas is a forbidden book but in Psalms 82: 6-7

I have said, ye are gods;
and all of you are children of the most high,
But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes

itsn't that saying the same thing that jesus was saying written by Thomas

We are gods cause god said it himself


SORRY theres no where in the bible JESUS said he was perfect. if jesus said only god is good and god and him are one. what dont you understand about the wrong way you interpret what your reading. never did jesus come out and say he was god never did he say he was perfect. there is no laughs in this, soldier9718. you look at one thing and try your best to put it with another without even thinking about you making a contradiction. theres 3 in 1 the trinity. he always put his father first.no more convo because no one is saying jesus of the bibe wasn't perfect but that never came out of his own mouth. if you know about the trinity you would know, soldier9718...that if god and jesus are one why would he say that plus say only god is good. learn before you say what you said!

@skin5011 and they became the nobility of Europe, its from this blood line that the Anti-Christ will come and save the world, (there another Satanic religion that believes some thing very similar to this it's called Islam, but they call him the Mahdi) Why would you put your faith in a religion that believes God is evil and Satan is a good guy? @skin5011 in order to call themselves a christian, this was the reason for the Console of Nicaea, gnosticism isn't a new religion its been around almost as long as christianity has, I've know about them for 30 years, in fact the first book I read about them was something about the holy grail, it told the history of the movement and its ties with the holy blood line of Jesus Christ, and how these people believe that Christ never died but moved to France with Mary Maggdala and had children

catholic church was trying to hid anything its because they were gnostic and anti-Christ, this was a religious cult started by the angel of light himself to infiltrate the church and pervert the word of God and corrupt the church, Paul warned the church that it was already happening in his time, very early on these heretics were kicked out of the church and the church laid down rules that a person must follow

@skin5011 can't prove they were, just like I can't prove that Christ was real, but the historical evidence is there, but that's still not proof, somethings you just have to take on faith, I know the history of the gospels and I'll stand by them in faith, not blind faith but reasoned faith, I know God's plan to save mankind and I also know Satan's plan to deceive mankind, your on the wrong side.

@philip2nd Yea yea I've heard all this before, so how is it that Christ is going to tell me "HIMSELF" from the bool of Judas written at least 100 years after Christ died? Im on my third time reading the bible I've studied all manor of related material including ancient religions, and Church history, saying that the gospel were not written by Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, is nothing more then twisting truth to prove a lie, I've heard all the arguments and you can't prove they weren't and I

@skin5011 Try reading books written by the men who knew Christ. Get some first hand info. Did you know Matthew Mark Luke and John, were NOT written by Matthew Mark Luke and John?

Its nothing to be afraid of. We are not Gods. We posses the a spark of God. Dont let some guy 1600 years ago tell you what Scripture is or who Christ is. Let Christ tell you HIMSELF who he is. God is greater than that one man could tell you. If you want to read out of context, then read the bible ONLY.

@skin5011 I think Satan is crafty enough to get one man to decide what goes in the bible and what dosent. Now the majority of the people in the world think that the bible is the ONLY Holy scripture. Most people are driven by authority. Most people will never learn to think on their own. Christ told us to think on our own. I HAVE READ THE BIBLE COVER TO COVER... After I did this I decided to read all of the books in the bible. Respectfully, you are being duped if you dont read the whole story.
