I've been Fierce Diety outside of boss rooms and the bolts he shoots from his sword can't even hit many of the enemies. It's probably a design flaw since the developers thought this was impossible to do by normal means.

Actually you you technically need the master sword to beat "Ganon" but it might still work if the game thinks young link has the master sword when he grabs it based on the video I saw.
But even if that works, he wouldn't be able to beat "Ganondorf" without the Light Arrows in the first place.

theres another way by riding epona saving the game on milk road while on epona quickly go back to the game you should be on epona and race the gorman brothers before the race starts you can use any c item so click on the one you have the mask on and wala o and dont move when you transform
