Is the drum support roller what prevents the drum from sagging in the back ?
Mine has a 1/4 + gap at the bottom (back), no gap at the top ,scrapes at the top
while rotating,also I can see the felt at the bottom. I can raise the drum up easily
lifting the top of the cylinder.

@tjfreak Yes, the drum support rollers are what holds the drum in position in the back.
