keep your cambridge speakers, they last forever and work great, unless you don't take care of yours :/

@dantyl1234 Yup I still have it. I agree it is a really old set of speakers but it still kicks ass! Love not only the design but the sound as well. :)

I don't have this set, but do have the Four Point Surround 1000 and they are very good for music listening even this days.

@PlayLifeX Yea I agree, which is why I also picked up the fps 1000 too! Haha, got it used for like $13.50 and using it for my collectible room. Do check out that video too. :)

I have the HTS-2500 I have owned it since 2000 and it still works great it has a couple of extra modes and mine is black I paid $100 for it then it was a great deal then and still sounds really good. I just watched Avatar on blu-ray on my pc on the 4/22 release date.

@lmars I think you mean the dtt 2500? That's another excellent set of speakers. The only thing mine has over that speakers is the size. I like my speakers small. hehe. But the dtt 2500 is awesome, gold font on black speakers, option to upgrade speaker cables, MUCH better stands and subwoofer and I believe there's one additional mode. Plus its louder. For $100 bucks then, it was MORE than a steal. ;) Its still a steal now in my opinion. However with blu ray, you just have to upgrade to hd audio.
