@johncase7777 Can you truly say that, once you still consider that the prior administration, on which McCain would have arguably modeled his own... increased government spending (read: borrowing and debt) more than any of the SIX administrations prior to his own? Or when you consider that half of the bailout plan for banks, etc. so far was contrived under Bush and not Obama? This debt is bad, yes, but in many ways it's the only response to a long-coming crisis. See Japan, New Deal, etc.

@pmango1000 Even funnier, it a terribly tragic kind of "that's not that funny" kind of way, is how little those who make comments like this actually know about what this country was supposed to be, nor are they all that aware of what it's really become and how it got that way.

Wow now that I look back I can truly say we made a mistake. Sure McCain would still have fuck everything up but how is borrowing money none stop to fund something that isn't going to help America or bailing out big companies that drove themselves into the ground going to get us out of the hole we are in.
