The difference between the pro-goverment rally on Feb 11 and the anti-government rally on Feb 14 was that in the first rally paticipants were given food, free buses and promotions as for the second participants were met with batons, bullets, tear gas and got arrested

@karimicae I never said i "found out" but it's purely based on logic. When your implemented in a regime that continually enforces you in a society of religion that belittles human rights (including women, children, race, age) of COURSE these young people are going to despise it. Many Iranian talk shows distributed across the world have young people phoning in and describing their abhorrence towards the Islamic regime, and religion as a whole.

I live in this country and I'm 24. I see most of young people are more religious than old people!

Compare Feb 11 (22nd of Bahman) regime supporters rally and Feb Feb 14 (25th of Bahman) opposites rally. Tens of millions of people in front of less than 10000 rioters and murderers (PMOI members).
