  • @ballerstew the purpose of this full body resistance program is to keep the body moving and your heart rate elevated. This will increase the calories expended during your training session. Maximizing calories utilized in a timely fashion will make your training more efficient.

  • i know this might be a stupid question, but how long time will be spend before you actually start seeing some results? :o and is anybody able to send me a plan of eating, without supplements (protein-power and so on), but with nothing but the natural unprocessed sources? i would be grateful! i hope someone can help me out ;)

  • Tricep Kickbacks are an ineffective workout. The overall load it puts on the hyperextension of the shoulder takes away from the full Range of motion of the tricep extension. An alternate more efficient workout would be a tricep extension that isolates only the 3 heads of the tricep to perform the extension, calling in the shoulder extensors to maintain posture takes away from the best possible performance.

  • @MrMightyFucker so right not even p90x gets you as ripped as that dude ryan reynolds your diet is the biggest part it has to be flawless

  • yah super sets, and lower weight/increase reps based exercises will do a better job of getting you ripped and cut...along with eating a balanced diet. if you want to put mass, do less reps with the heaviest you can lift while eating tons of protein and good fats. pretty simple.

  • @MrMightyFucker You are absolutely right.... your diet needs to be on point to get as lean as Ryan Reynolds. The emphasis of this video is that you don't need to go crazy on the cardio... instead... make your weight training more cardiovascularly intense. The excessive overload but minimal rest times will increase calorie burn, therefore decreasing body fat.
