Red Durkin, who is transgender in the sane way that Jem is outrageous (that is to say, truly, truly, truly), addresses the sensitive subject of trans on trans bigotry. Specifically, she is refering to trans people denying, deriding, and/or disavowing the soveriegnty of those trans people whose gender expressions may differ from their own.
