Campaign = Cod4
Multiplayer = halo 3
overall, i would have to say Cod4, it was the first fps i ever played has great multiplayer (compared to other cod games) and its campaign is what made that game epic. That is my opinion and you dont have to like it, yeah and i dnt rly care about any hate reply's either.
