Yo've got to adjust the clutch by turning the screw at the clutchwire underneath the engine.

You have to tense the clutchrope or to install a new clutch.

It's very easy to solve. You have to adjust the clutch, pulling the wire on regulation little-arm on the motor.

hopefully you have sorted this out already as you posted a month ago, but i just now saw this.. you simply need to adjust your clutch cable a little tighter.
