Traditionaly, this crew has been very tough to get on. I knew this is what I wanted to do, and here is how I got here:
1. Four seasons on a type II crew
2. Went on a road trip through 8 states and talked to as many shot crews as possible.
3. Got my foot in the door with a shot crew in the SW
4. Kept in touch with Entiat until they offered me a job
Best advice is to get on a type II federal crew, then bug your supt. about filling in for a tour with local shots... they may pick u up
