FREAK FREAK SHOW. THE STORY OF A FALLA.
Every year around 400 falla monuments are put up in Valencia (Spain). Freak Freak Show. The story of a falla follows the process of how one of them is created, that of the Falla Association Na Jordana, one of the most characteristic of the city, from the first ideas and sketches to the crafted building work, the transportation to the designated site in the city, the assembly of the falla in the street, the festival days when the public visits the monument, right through to the night of 19th March, when the huge sculpture is ritually set alight. The main part of the monument is a 20 meters high figure representing Michael Jackson riding on a zeppelin.
