I was thinking is Track&Field would help me improve my speed, because i play forward and scored two goals in two games, only half time though -.- i know i could of score more if i knew how to dribble faster. Anyways if it does what event would help me in soccer? 100 meter sprint, Distance, high jump etc... Thanks.

How long do we hold/perform each workout exercise, and how many reps for each? Also, -in all- how many sets do you recommend for intermediate to advanced training (In terms of these exercizes you recommended) for younger players like myself? (U-16)
